The Loft Suite King was super comfy, with a huge bed that felt just right after a long day. The room was quiet, which was nice for relaxing. It had all the basics and even nice little touches like good hand soap. The room felt spacious, but didn’t have much of a view since we were on the first floor. Overall, it was a cozy spot to unwind after our adventures in Banff.

I had a fantastic time during my stay, especially enjoying the quiet, clean room with a nice view of Banff Ave and the free DVD rentals from the front desk. The heated swimming pool was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring, and the laundry facilities were super handy too. The restaurant was closed, which was a bummer, but there are plenty of other great food options nearby! 🍽️

The superior king room was very spacious with a homey comfortable feel. One of the highlights was when the staff surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary it was a nice touch.

Nice location just a 5 to 10-minute walk into town, making it easy to explore. Rooms feature spacious layouts, perfect for families, complete with cozy beds and balconies for fresh mountain air.

Bedsheets felt unclean, with sand present, and they weren’t changed during our stay. The air conditioning struggled to adjust the room temperature adequately, running loudly and failing to cool the room properly at night. Some minor maintenance issues, like wall holes and a tricky water tap, made for a less-than-ideal experience.

The King Suite Jetted Tub felt cozy with its warm electric fireplace and a spectacular jacuzzi, perfect for couples seeking a romantic escape. Complimentary transit passes allowed easy access to downtown attractions, making travel hassle-free. However, the breakfast options were disappointing and limited, leading us to seek meals elsewhere. Additionally, the room's compact size, while cozy, may not suit everyone’s preferences.
